I made two different illustrations for the fairytale jorinde and joringel. One is the front piece of the book that depicts the scary sense of the castle of fairies. I also implied how the fairy catches people who want to enter the castle, but the main focus is still the castle.
Every project deserves visuals that do more than illustrate — they should tell the story on their own.
