Feng Xue Yan is a Chinese-language middle-grade novel written by Yu Lai. The story follows a twelve-year-old boy’s journey through grief, food, memory, and family. Working as the book’s illustrator, I created the cover artwork, chapter illustrations, and spot illustrations as a cohesive narrative system.
